Our special fabrication division provides custom kitchen fabrication for both commercial and residential customers.

About Atlas Automation
Atlas Automation is comprised of highly skilled Program/Design & Electrical Engineers. Process Engineers, Sanitary Welding Tradesman, Fabrication Tradesman, Control Panel Technicians & Project Managers.
Our Automation Division includes; control system integration, electrical panel design and fabrication, bid specifications, database management, plant floor reporting systems, Wonderware Historian, PMO compliant electronic data storage, recipe editors, PLC programming, SCADA systems and graphical interface development (HMI). We also build our own control and electrical panels in our UL certified panel shop. Our process expertise include food grade processing such as blending, batching, recipe systems, CIP systems, legal pasteurization (HTST), Ultra High Temperature pasteurization(UHT), automated receiving and unloading applications. We are PMO certified to manufacture state sealed regulatory control systems such as flow-diversion panels and electronic data recording systems. Other industrial applications include machine control, packaging, and conveyor system control.
Our Process Division employs trained mechanical engineers who specialize in Process Manufacturing design and implementation. Systems include pasteurizing systems, batch and blending systems, water & beverage processing systems, CIP systems, pump decks, and mezzanines. We also have on staff a skilled group of project managers and installers who can provide installation of sanitary process piping, utility piping, and site project management. Expertise includes all areas of food grade processing, steam, air, chillers, and water conditioning systems. Atlas Automation can also design and build a multitude of skidded systems to meet your needs.
Our Fabrication Division employs skilled sheet metal tradesmen for a variety of industrial and commercial stainless sanitary applications. Our NSF certified fabrication shop manufactures high quality custom sheet metal products from drip pans to lab counters to entire commercial kitchens.

Mike is a 35 year + veteran of process controls engineering and project management. Highly skilled in controls programming and electrical engineering Mike is knowledgeable in all aspects of food processing. Mike is responsible for all controls division operations and personnel. Mike is also heavily involved with project execution and managing customer accounts.
